Standard terms and conditions for permanent staff.
Aegle prefer to work on assignments on a ‘Contingency’ basis..
This means you only pay us on the successful employment of a candidate, ensuring you get value for money.
If you would rather use your terms and conditions then please let us know and we are normally able to accept them.
Contingency assignments
We do not insist on ‘sole agency’ agreements. Any agreement to ‘sole agency’ will be agreed at the outset of the assignment.The fee payable is based upon the candidates annual starting salary at a rate to be agreed.Fees are payable in full within 28 days of the candidate starting their employment with your company.
Search assignments
Aegle offer a full search and selection service to identify that special person for your company, under the following conditions:1/3 of the fee is payable at the acceptance of the assignment (non refundable)
1/3 is payable upon production of a short list of valid candidates
1/3 is payable within 14 days of the candidate starting their employ with your company Should you wish a full advertising campaign these fees will be payable immediately.
The fee rate is only payable on the candidates starting salary at a rate to be agreed.
All fees subject to VAT at the prevailing rate.
